Cancellation and booking conditions

We want to give our guests as much flexibility as possible while allowing us to plan our capacity in the best possible way. Below you will find the current conditions for cancellations and reservations:

1. ordinary cancellation

Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before 15:00 on the day of arrival to avoid charges. For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the stay.

2. Group bookings (for 3 stays/nights or more)

When booking three or more stays or nights, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation later than 14 days prior to arrival: The hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to 65 % of the price of the reserved services when booking a stay.

Cancellation later than 7 days prior to arrival: 100 % of the price of the reserved services will be charged when booking both accommodation and accommodation.

3. reservation fee for larger bookings

For larger bookings, the hotel reserves the right to charge a booking fee. This will be agreed in advance when confirming the booking.
