As early as 15:00, we welcome you with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee or tea and sweet temptations served in one of our cosy living rooms with soft furnishings and views of the garden. Weather permitting, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll through our beautiful garden - a place where nature envelops you with peace and birdsong. Or perhaps a quiet moment with a good book and a glass of wine will tempt you before the evening begins.

As the sun sets over the fields, the evening starts with the house “Before Dinner Drink” - a small glass of indulgence that whets the appetite and marks the transition to the culinary highlight of the evening.

In our atmospheric restaurant ViGGo N, Named after the former owner of the manor house, we invite you to a gastronomic experience in a class of its own. Here, our passionate chef will serve you a Special 5-course menu, Created with care, creativity and respect for the season's best local ingredients. Each dish tells its own story - inspired by the nature around us and refined with love for the craft.

If you want to complete the flavour experience, we highly recommend adding a Matching wine menu at DKK 385 per person, carefully selected by our sommelier so that each wine highlights the nuances and flavours of the dish.

As the evening winds down, one of our Historic rooms in the main building - filled with atmosphere, comfort and classic elegance. Fall asleep on soft duvets and wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread and A homemade breakfast buffet, where everything is prepared with a love of good hospitality.
